FAST & EXPERIENCE AN ENCOUNTER WITH GOD
Guidelines for a 21 day Fast
Participate in this 21 days of prayer and fasting for spiritual clarity, consecration and direction for your life in Christ and Family. Prayer is the channel of communication between the beilever and God, whereby God's power is released into the earth realm through the combination of the believer's faith and the Word of God. Corporate Fasting (2 Chronicles 20:7-9; Joesl 1: 14; 2:12) is a group of believers called to a process of disciplining the flesh to seek God's face and become sensitive to the voice of God for direction and manifestation of His convenant promises in their lives.
GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW
DO'S
Only Drink water or Tea
Eat Fruits & Vegetables, salads, soy, nuts.
Read the bible, Christian Books, TV & radio
Pray each morning and evening
Read The Word During Meal Times
Meditate on the Word
Praise & Worship
Consult a Doctor
DONT'S
Eat Meat, Sweets, Starches, Breads, Fried Foods or Dairy
(unless on a special diet)
Watch Secular TV Monday - Friday
No food at all after Jan. 25th only water and tea.
After the 31st fast on Tuesdays Only
