Here you can make a request online for an appointment with our ministry staff or pastor for counseling or other matters. Please keep in mind that our church headquarters are open Tuesday through Friday 9:30 am - 5pm. Counseling appointment requests should be made for Thursdays. You must arrive on time or you will be asked to reschedule.

When submitting your request:
† State who you would prefer to meet with
† Give 2-3 options for your requested date & time
† State the reason for your appointment.

Once we receive your request, we will respond promptly to schedule your appointment. Please make your requests at least 5 business days in advance.
