The Harvest School of Ministry Academic Calendar Year consists of three (3) scholastic quarters beginning on the 2nd. Tuesday in the Fall of each year.

Spring Quarter 2008
April 8th through June 25th.
REGISTRATION: March 17th. through April 7th. 2008.
LATE REGISTRATION: April 8th through  April 15th.
NO ADMISSION AFTER April 22, 2008.

Fall Quarter 2008
September 9th through December 10th,
with a Thanksgiving Break
from November 20th. - December 1st..
REGISTRATION: August 19th. through September 10th. 2008.
LATE REGISTRATION: September 11th. through September 17th.
NO ADMISSION AFTER SEPTEMBER 24, 2008.

Winter Quarter 2009
January 13th through April 1st.
REGISTRATION: December 16th 2008 through January 13th. 2009.
LATE REGISTRATION: January 14th through  January 27th.
NO ADMISSION AFTER JANUARY 30, 2009.

Spring Quarter 2009
April 14th through July 1st.
REGISTRATION: March 17th. 2009 through April 14th. 2009.
LATE REGISTRATION: April 15th. through  April 28th.
NO ADMISSION AFTER May 5, 2009.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Each Quarter consists of 12 scholastic weeks. Classes are held on
Tuesday and Wednesday as follows:

1 Class
6:30 PM - 7:20PM

WEDNESDAY
3 Classes:
Class #1  6:30PM - 7:20PM, 
Class #2  7:30PM - 8:20PM,
Class #3  8:30 - 9:20PM.

GRADUATION

A Bachelor Degree is granted to those students who successfully complete all courses of study having accumulated  no less than 136 Academic Credits. (This usually requires enrollment in HSM for eight (8) Scholastic Quarters). Successful candidates must pay a graduation fee (which covers Cap, Gown, Degree Certificate,  Official Transcript, Alumni Card, Announcements, and Letter of Recommendation from the Dean of Students) prior to the scheduled graduation date which  is usually the last Saturday in June of each applicable year.
